Il governo thai non ha ancora autorizzato la vendita di alcolici (che naturalmente fluiscono ugualmente copiosi nell'attesa dell'augusto pronunciamento ufficiale che si ventila per dicembre) e l'apertura degli scopettodromi (che hanno comunque trovato dei surrogati abbastanza indomiti), neppure si intravedono anticipazioni in materia, tuttavia ... ci sono importanti novità che potremmo anche interpretare come buoni auspici:
- il coprifuoco verrà eliminato a partire dal primo di Novembre in alcune provincie, compresa Pattaya!
